The process

Three steps to a seat at the table.

We handle the matching, the venue and the details. You just show up ready to connect.

See every step, from your application to what happens after dinner.

  1. Apply for your spot

    Tell us what you do, what stage you’re at, and who vouched for you if anyone did. Same questions as the app. Takes two minutes.

  2. Get matched

    A person reads every application, usually within a day, and emails you either way. Once you’re in, you pick a Thursday in the app and we seat you with founders chosen for your stage, industry and energy.

  3. Show up and connect

    Sit down with the four people chosen for your table, at a restaurant you learn about the night before. Your table’s chat stays open after, so the conversation doesn’t end with the bill.

Applying is free. A person reads every application, and a person decides who gets a seat.

What’s a founder?

A founder is someone who is passionate about building and bringing value into the world through their own perspective, and their ability to assemble ideas into something real. Founders can be entrepreneurs, investors, athletes, artists, professors: anyone actively building a project, with the drive to take an idea and make it a reality.

Who can apply?

Founders, investors, operators, makers and creators are all welcome. Applying is free, and a person reads every application.

Can I come alone?

Yes. Book your own seat and we’ll put your table together. We reveal the restaurant and your tablemates 24 hours before dinner.

Do I need to come to every dinner?

Come on the Thursdays that work for you. Book an available seat at least 24 hours ahead. Your membership carries on through the dinners you skip.

Is dinner included?

No. Membership covers your seat at the table. You pay the restaurant directly for your own meal, at their own prices.

What happens after I apply?

A person reads your application. If it is a fit, you will hear from us and can choose your plan then. Applying costs nothing and does not charge you.
